Congratulations on the 10th anniversary of SWS kits! I will never forget how excited our customers were when that very first kit, the 1/32 Shinden, was first announced. Even now, whenever new information about upcoming kits is released, we receive many requests and reactions from customers. I truly feel that Zoukei-Mura’s sincere passion and high quality have firmly captured the hearts of aircraft model fans.

Our store was founded in 1954, and we have reached our 67th year of business this year. We carry plastic models, drones, radio-control models, model guns, board games, toy cars, and more. We also sell educational materials for schools in our educational department.
The Zoukei-Mura SWS kits are very popular products at our store, thanks to the support of aircraft model fans. Recently, we have received particularly great feedback about the SWS 1/48 Phantom II kits at our store. We hope that VOLKS Inc. will continue to provide products that bring great joy to all aircraft fans.

Congratulations on the 10th anniversary of SWS. Hobby Shop Happiness is a very small shop. We place great importance in the face-to-face interaction with our customers, and we do everything we can to fulfill each customer’s requests. We have a workshop space in our store, where customers can do airbrush painting and other work. We also have a café space where customers can enjoy chatting about various model hobbies, including SWS. Every year around March, we hold an exhibition in the JR Toyokawa Station gallery. Please keep up the great work in bringing excitement to everyone’s hobby life.

Oh my! There’s a hobby shop in Toyokawa city, Aichi, so reminiscent of the early days of VOLKS Inc. with all of the passion for hobbies in a compact space! I can tell from the photos that this is the perfect store to enjoy building kits and chatting with the shop owner. This is a fun spot for any modeler!

It is great to hear plans for restocks of previous SWS kits. We would love to see the optional parts for those kits be restocked as well. Please keep up the great work and continue to release wonderful kits.
The population of scale modelers is decreasing, so we would be glad to see Zoukei-Mura develop more kits that appeal to the younger generations and create more opportunities for beginners to learn.

Congratulations on the 10th anniversary of SWS. K2Factory is a small, local scale model shop, which is an endangered business model these days. We happened to become an SWS Friend Shop during the 30th anniversary of our store.
The store's owner F_Shima still doesn't really know anything about gunpla or anime figures or Mini 4WD, but undaunted we will keep working hard to continue scale model culture into future generations.
Modelers always want to hold and look at the plastic models before we buy! So when the COVID-19 crisis is over, we welcome everyone from outside of Fukuoka to come stop by our store during your road trips and motorcycle tours in the area.

Affordable Models Enterprise as the most recent SWS Friend Shop in Malaysia, retails its growing range of SWS products through its physical store, F-4DableModels Direct which is located in the Jaya One shopping mall in the city of Petaling Jaya, in Selangor state, Malaysia. F-4DableModels Direct which first opened its door in September 2019, is the retail arm of F-4DableModels which was first established by Jason Cheah in 2003 as a producer of its own (but very small) range of decal sheets and detail sets, and over time became the local importer and distributor for various brands of model kit accessories such as decals and resin detail sets, reference books and model kits from Belgium, Germany, Israel, Japan, Korea and the U.S.A.
The business is so named because of our great interest in the F-4 Phantom II, which is a major contributing factor for becoming a SWS Friend Shop.
Although the primary focus these days is on the import and retail of scale modeling products, we still produce a decal sheet occasionally. Our objective is to be a community hobby shop that is brand independent and sells quality products, that is able to promote the hobby to newcomers who are considering scale modeling as a hobby and that can provide value to experienced modelers as a local source of imported aftermarket products and reference materials which are generally not widely available locally. Being A SWS Friend Shop and carrying SWS products which are considered premium products helps us further that objective.
Our primary sales operations is via the physical store. However, as a result of the present and ongoing pandemic there is now a great deal more emphasis on mail order.
We look forward to the day when the situation is able to return to normal (or close to normal) and welcome all to visit our humble store, which at a mere 235 square feet offers much to the modeler.
